Like LOL's favorite rapper says "Better late than never, but never late is better", here is this week's edition of the RunDown.  Tower literally tried to kill me yesterday suggesting a 16 mile bike ride, in a seemingly obvious move to take me out before winning back to back to back LOL championships. Didn't work legends, like we say here in LOL you can't coach grit. I am gritting out this blog post with tender loins and tired legs. Horses Would have had about the same luck picking Papanick in the Derby this weekend. His father was a mudder, his mudder was a mudde r. Sloppy course and a wide open field hampered the legends picks this weekend. The only successful legend on the Derby pickem was Gras who went with American Dream to win it all netting him 500 points. Took the family on our first cruise last week. First night of the cruise had me sicker than Noah Syndergaard owners today. Never spewed but first night had me thinking never cruise again.
